The year 2020-21 has gone by Bangladesh Social Service (BSS) remained beside its program participants with multifaceted development drives integrating delivery operation with rights-based approaches. However, the end part of the year was a challenge like anything in keeping the poor & amp; excluded groups on development track due to the COVID-19 threat and recurrent floods. BSS came-up with possible alternatives; and stood especially beside the excluded groups. women-headed households, adolescent girls, persons with vulnerability and Indigenous focusing development principles on inclusiveness. 

By this time, BSS has become the member of Street Children Activities Network (SCAN). Special thanks to our development partners who joined hands with BSS in supporting the poor & amp; vulnerable under planned intervention and emergencies. Thanks to the policy makers & amp; administration that also complemented in implementing BSS mission to serve the destitute. 

BSS remains grateful to its governing body who took the pain in guiding the organization dynamically in such a challenging year. My sincere thanks also my colleagues who remained ever ready and served the organization whole heartedly. I believe the Annual Report 2020-21 uphold the yearly facts & amp; figures of BSS & intervention as aready reference.
